So I totally took these pics this morning when I walked outside! It's amazing this is the first time it's stayed this late in the day! So I think we're in winter now! AHHHH!! The next set of pics I took yesterday when I walked out of school....so this is the view from school (so my walk home everyday!) Enjoy!

Sad day...

Well as of last night the Barrow Whalers were no longer undefeated. The game was down on the Kenai Peninsula and we were able to listen to it on the radio. For those of you who were just as excited as us up here...you'll be just as sad as we are. Yet on the bright side the game was played well by both sides! But due to the fact that the Whalers had a VERY LARGE target on their backs it was almost inevitable that their season would have at least one loss. On the bright side though, this program is only 3 years old! Which is an amazing accomplishment of what they have done to this point! We're still waiting on word to find out if we will be hosting a play off game, a first for this team, the first weekend of October! According to adn.com Barrow was able to clinch a play off spot but as soon as we know something for sure I'll add it!!

New camera

So I was totally waiting to add to the blog until I got the new camera...and it came in today!! I'm SOOOOOO excited!! So I'm sending in pics!
I would like to point out we're undefeated in football which means that THE BARROW WHALERS are #1 in our conference!! It also means that we will be hosting the 1st playoff game (1st weekend of October)! Other than that I think I'll have some time to relax finally...but I wouldn't count on it!
I'm working on getting a ticket for Christmas so wish me luck! Enjoy the pics!
